After we have reviewed the smoking environment in the facility, we have decided to prohibit smoking by conventional cigarettes from Friday, November 26, 2021. Conventional cigarettes with smoke is prohibited all the time throughout the venue, regardless of regular business days or race events'. Along with this, current smoking areas are renovated to a dedicated space for heat-not-burn (HNB) cigarette space. If you would like to enjoy smoking conventional cigarettes, please use the new smoking areas installed out of the East and West gates. The change of in-facility smoking rules is implemented in response to the "unwanted secondhand smoke countermeasure obligation" in the "Revised Health Promotion Act" (the government fully enforced on April 1, 2020). We will strive to create comfortable environment, where guests from children to adults to enjoy ever than before. We hope you understand the situation and our new act.
